Eureka (Rotterdam‚ June 18th 1991)
This concert was organized by the Dutch ministry of Economic affairs to promote and celebrate the"Eureka Project"; an initiative to stimulate international scientific cooperation between European companies.Vangelis was asked to provide the highlight of the event.
The concert happened at the docks in Rotterdam‚ the Netherlands. A floating stage was constructed. Vangelis was seated in themiddle‚ surrounded by his synths and around that some classically Greek styled props. He was backed up by a choir.
To accompany the music some buildings in the neighborhood were used for projections with colors and laseranimations.Furthermore there were participating choppers‚ boats and movable cranes.
Jon Anderson appeared as guest for the track "Italian Song" and Markella Hatziano (who reportedly tripped over the wiringafterwards) appeared for "Glorianna".
Sadly non of the music was actually performed live but was mimed to prerecordings. Most of the tracks were shortened versionsof famous tunes (like Chariots of Fire‚ Pulstar‚ the Spiral) and tracks from "Antarctica" and "The Mask". It ended witha spectacular choral version of Hymne‚ which can be found on the compilationalbum "Portraits {So long ago‚ so clear}" (1996).The concert was broadcast live on the Dutch television and attracted more than 30‚000 spectators.

if possible, try to get some fuomas singers to promote your production first. look at how Sunday, Town, SSB, U2 got their fame, and look how Rock, Classic, and other small productions. i know you may want to establish yourself from the scratch, but you have to please the market too. hope this makes sense
